Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost and must provide a valid tracking number.

  • We will provide detailed instructions for how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@folinomusic.com if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital/downloadable products, including AI-generated content, sound packs, or software

  • Custom products, such as personalized orders or made-to-order items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., opened beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you are unsure about your item’s eligibility, please reach out before ordering.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like to swap an item, return the original (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, under EU law.

The item must be:

  • Unused, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

This cooling-off period does not apply to digital products, custom items, or final-sale items.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@folinomusic.com.
